During the work on bug 1689086 I found code that's apparently unused.
The values assigned to buggyExchangeEmailContent are either null or "???". That means we can remove code that is only executed for other contents.
Function displayBuggyExchangeMail seems to be unable to perform any action, given that the above variable cannot contain valid data.
Let's remove that code.
