Please create a releases/mozilla-esr102 repository, cloned from the current mozilla-beta tip.

Hooks and settings should be like releases/mozilla-esr91 . Please document enabled hooks and access controls in this bug when enabled.

Repo is created at https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr91, based on mozilla-beta. Please note the pushlog is empty as of this moment.

Configuration should be identical to esr91. Please ping me if something looks wrong with the repo. Cheers!
