Unlike other metric types, event metrics' parameters are meaningful to data collection review. Often the most important information about the sensitivity of the collection is described in the extra_keys collection.

glean_parser data-review should format and display those extra keys' names and descriptions for review.

chutten merged PR #486: "bug 1767027 - [data-review] Add rows to data review metric table to describe extra keys" in 686606d.
