I can't find any menu to import a saved .eml file into my mail box in Mozilla
Mail. Command line "mozilla -mail myeml.eml" does not work, too. Mozilla
Navigator can open the .eml file, but is not able to import it into mail box.
I've been modifying Inbox file itself to add the .eml file in. It's so
inconvenience.
Does Mozilla Mail offer the feature to import from a single .eml file?

I don't think so and that won't be fix also. You can simply type in the path of
the *.eml file (in navigator), then it gets displayed. You can also import your
mails from Netscape Navigator, Outlook and Outlook Express, so why should there
be such a feature?

I can think of many reasons. Most important ones would be the ability to keep
track of the messages, have a nice header list and ability to forward, reply
etc. easily. Reopening as there need to be more convincing reasons for a wontfix
(or find a dup).

Also, consider moving mail from one physical machine to another (eg hardware
upgrade).
Please don't wontfix bugs unless you're the module owner, peer, or someone they
explicitly delegated to do it.

ok, but then lets change this to enhancement and remove that RFE in summary

BTW: Bug 22878 is related to this (also in this bug there is nearly nothing done)
This will be a great refinement if I can import a single email with an extension
.eml to _any_ folder in my Mail/News client. Definitely Inbox.

Addition to comment #2:
There's another important reason for having the ability to import .eml files:
Consider having a message *with an attachment* saved as .eml. How can you get
the attachment from that mail? When opened in navigator only the messsage
itself is visible, you don't even see that an attachment exists.
