reproduce it:
1. Click Tools -> Page Info
2. Click "Media" Tab
3. Select an image
4. Click "Save as..."
5. Nothing happens

I'm using the Phoenix 20021022 Linux nightly.
Same (non)behavior here.

HTML based background images still cannot be saved via Page Info / Media.  (All
other images can.)
