The "Meta+UpArrow" and "Meta+DownArrow" keys were used in place of "Home" and "End" for macs, but the latter keys are already reproducible on macs with "Fn+RightArrow" and "Fn+LeftArrow".
We should remove the extra key controls to keep it simple and conventional.
