Details

Since upgrading my Mozilla on Windows 98 SE from 1.2a to 1.2b (Mozilla/5.0
(Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016). I have been unable to
download any files from the internet.

When saving a file to local disk the save file dialog opens. The save dialog
seems to work properly (when a file exists I'm prompted so and asked to
overwrite). But upon saving the download manager does not open. I tried changing
the default behavior for downloading (changed open download manager to open a
progress dialog), but that doesn't work either.
