If the first PiP window is open near the bottom right corner, and a second PiP window is open, the second PiP window is open mostly off screen. (see picture attached)
STR
- Open a PiP window and move it near the bottom right corner
- Close the PiP window
- Open a PiP window
- Open a second PiP window
Actual result:
The second PiP window is opened mostly off screen
Expected result:
The second PiP window should be opened to the left or above the first PiP window so the second PiP window is fully visible.

Hey Niklas, if you're able to easily reproduce this, are you able to use mozregression to check to see if this got introduced by bug 1678390 like mhowell suspects?

Unfortunately, I can't easily reproduce this.
Also, it's worth noting that I can't reproduce this at all on one of my systems and I can reproduce it intermittently on another system. They are both on Windows 11. I also tried reproducing on my mac and had no luck. I wonder if there is something specific on one system that is causing this issue for me?
