1768200 - Stand up a larger Linux build pool for mozillavpn

Currently mozillavpn is using the b-linux sized pool for building, but these builds are intermittently running out of memory. Let's stand up a b-linux-large pool for them to see if that helps out.

While we're at it, maybe it's worth standing this up in GCP instead of AWS.

Hmm, should we keep this open?
As we're wanting to move things over to GCP and these pools are still on AWS if I recall correctly.

Let's resolve fixed and we can re-open a new bug to migrate to GCP when the time comes. We'll need to get the Chain of Trust private key on these workers first IIRC so there is a bit of pre-requisite work to do.
