1768431 - Extensions menus not painted properly

Since a few days, I've spotted a regression where extensions menu (i.e., what you see when you click on a extension) is not properly painted. Repro's with Bitwarden, Multi-Container, UBlock Origin but not with hamburger menu.

STR:

• Click an extension

Expected:

• Extension menu is fully painted

Actual:

• Extension menu is incompletely painted, sometimes only the border and the grey background are three, sometimes some icons are there, sometime text is there, and any tentative to input anything (like a passphrase in bitwarden) results in no cursor and no character painted

I think this is bug 1768241.
