On vacation so kinda hasty but this renders differently on firefox and chrome (safari agrees with chrome) on both linux and macos, on both 100 stable and nightly:
data:text/html,<!doctype html><html style="filter:invert();background:blue;"><body style="background:green;"><br><br><br><br></body></html>
In both cases webrender was enabled so I assume it's a webrender bug but I haven't tested without.
