176895 - mozilla wont download anything

since i have upgraded to 1.2b i havent been able to download anything from the
web. i get an error dialog that pops up and says:
"C:\DOCUME~1\LEEWIS\LOCALS~1\TEMP\e6v79ytk.exe could not be saved, because the
source file could not be read.  Try again later or contact the server
administrator." i get this error whenever i try to download anything even when i
try to shift-click directly on a link to the file, i tried all the links in IE
also and they worked then.
