My GitHub SAML authentication is failing. I followed the steps on the wiki page, and it looks like people.mozilla.org disagrees with sso.mozilla.com about my membership in ghe_mozilla_users (it doesn't show up when I go to https://sso.mozilla.com/info). Can you please remove/readd me accordingly?

Actually, I don't think that's your (only) problem. You don't have your github ID linked to your phonebook account, so even if the group were there, things wouldn't work. Can you follow the directions here https://wiki.mozilla.org/GitHub/SAML_issues#Linking_your_people.mozilla.org_account_to_your_GitHub_ID ?
In the meantime I'll also pull your membership and resend the invite.
