This document describes in detail the rollout plan.
Please take a look and don't hesitate to ask if anything is unclear.

Aside from QA support and reviews on upcoming PRs there's no immediate work required from Fenix/Focus engineers.
Who can I put down as a stakeholder for Fenix?

Work on this is being tracked in: https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/QA-1493 Per Catalin: The telemetry testcases were updated to cover everything that is needed. Per https://mozilla.slack.com/archives/CG2FGG1ST/p1652442436270249?thread_ts=1652194717.621999&cid=CG2FGG1ST were waiting for a “Go” to start executing the tests.
