For some end entity and intermediate CA certificates, the Certificate Policies OID is not displayed in the certificate viewer. The policy OIDs should be displayed by the viewer. For instance, the "anyPolicy" OID is not displayed even when it is contained in an intermediate CA certificate.

I ran into a similar problem today when looking at a certificate - the viewer does not display the "anyPolicy" OID. (Microsoft displays "Policy Identifier = All issuance policies" for the anyPolicy OID.)
