Steps to reproduce:

I use Fedora 35 Workstation and firefox of 93 version. After update firefox to 100 version I'm see scrollbar in all youtube video in full screen mode.

  1. update firefox to 100 version
  2. open any video on youtube.com
  3. switch video to full screen
  4. move cursor to right where scrollbar place

Actual results:

scrollbar exists in fullscreen video

Expected results:

scrollbar doesn't exists in fullscreen video. As in Firefox 93

See bug 1758015, this isn't really a Firefox bug. You can use the non-overlay scrollbars in "Settings > Always show scrollbars" tho.
