This is a meta bug used by Desktop QA to keep track of all the new defects found for the Use Adaptive History for Autofill (QA-1474) feature during testing.
For those that use tab-to-search, has this had any negative effect on it? Candidly, I don't really know how tab-to-search is supposed to behave because I don't use it, so I don't really know if it's caused any issues or not. (I also asked this in 1597791)

Sorry, there was a problem with the detection of inactive users. I'm reverting the change.
