Attachment: Bug 1769555 - set partitioned-web-locks.tentative.https.html as failing on beta and release. r=jgraham

This reverts the undesired change by bug 1765419 and uses he one by bug 1765981.

First party isolation (partioning) is only enabled in Nightly. Bug 1549587 is
the general bug tracking first party isolation.
