See bug 1769555 as regression from bug 1765419 / https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/de65f3f6c4725d1cd69dcaa0049a43dc9630fb1c which switched the expectation for release_or_beta from ERROR to OK. I am not aware of wpt sync testing the test in beta configurations.
