has several broken links, and does not comply with HTML 4.01 Strict.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://mozilla.org/docs/mdp/docstat.html
2. Read and note the problems I mentioned above.
3. 

Actual Results:  
Sadness :(

Expected Results:  
Assign the page to me so I can update it!

I would like to update this page if possible.

Please, if you have the time and desire, fix it! Post the new page as an
attachment, and we can check it in!

I have decided not to update http://www.mozilla.org/docs/mdp/docstat.html. I
will discontinue helping this web site.  I did not get the help I needed to
compile the list of relevant documentation. There's simply no way I can look up
each piece of documentation on mozilla.org and determine what needs to be
updated on my own. I am displeased with the lack of help I have received in
accomplishing this task.

Do you need review? 

* Explain the term "null" (and perhaps the color codes) a bit better.
* Consider adding navigational tool, like links that point to the anchored
sections. That would make navigation easier.
* Pull the header "Embedding" out of the "Build Instructions" table.

r=malachi. /me has checked in enough docs to be able to do that (IMHO *g*) 

The page looks _awesome_ -- good job :)

Are you going to periodically review the list to update it and perhaps bug page
owners about outdated stuff?  That would be my ownly concern.  Looks fine to me.
 By the way, you might add the mozilla.org style guide and remove that calendar
documentation one (assigned to me).  That is for in-file documentation, not
external documentation.

Brant, I'm not sure. I am putting my e-mail add on the page,
but I need a lot of help from developers. Too many documentation
bugs are filed against browser, mailnews, etc. components and
it's impossible for me to chase down every one of them.
