Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021027
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021027

I do not like splash screens, so I have been using the -nosplash parameter for
as long as I have been using Mozilla. Recently, I have decided that I would
like Navigator and Messenger to start by default when I start Mozilla. The
problem is that if the -nosplash parameter is used, Mozilla only loads
Navigator, no matter how the pref is set in prefs/appearance/"When Mozilla
starts, open..."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Preferences/Appearance, and select both Navigator and MailNews to start
when Mozilla is started.
2. Save the prefs, then close Mozilla.
3. Start Mozilla again, using a shortcut with target "c:\Program
Files\Mozilla\mozilla.exe -nosplash".

Actual Results:
Navigator started alone.

Expected Results:
Started Navigator and MailNews.

I did search for it, as I always do, but I did not find the old one. It is hard
to know how someone else would describe the bug. Sorry for the spam.
