Steps to reproduce:

I use a self signed CA certificate.
I use this certificate to create en sign an intermediate CA
With intermediate CA i sign a TLS server certificate
I setup this TLS server certificate on the server. The server is only internal (local lan)
I install certificate CA and sub CA in firefox certificates manager
With firefox on debian linux (ESR 91.9 AND FIREFOX 100.0) i browse my internal TLS web site
On windows i use Firefox to browse my internal TLS web site
With firefow on windows i use

Actual results:

On debian everything went as expected
On windows firefox is raising SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

Expected results:

On windows i should not have the SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:100.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/100.0

Hi,

That was my ESET NOD32 antivirus that was the cause.
I had to deactivate the HTTPS analysing option.
This bug can be closed.
