If you click on the Real Audio links on cdnow.com, Chimera prompts you to save
the file to disk, with a filename "source=ENSO". In Mozilla, you get a dialog
that gives you a choice of whether to open the file with a helper (Real Player)
or save to disk.

I could swear this is a dupe but I can't find the old bug.

Petersen, can you see if this bug is present in Mozilla mach-o builds? (I'm not
sure why this would be specific to Chimera unless it's somehow related to the
*nix backend)
