User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:100.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/100.0
Steps to reproduce:
When I navigate to some websites, such as via email link to Fly Buys the website is effectively blocked. If I copy the link to another browser such as Opera for example it works perfectly. Occasionally an error popup comes up.
I am on Ubuntu 16.04, installed Firefox 100 with the tar.bz2 from the Firefox website and updated to 100.0.1 the other day.
Actual results:
Nothing happens, I am staring at a white screen that does nothing
Expected results:
Gone to website

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Can you provide a concrete URL please? That'd be really helpful.
Also if you go to about:config and set network.http.useragent.forceVersion=99
, does it help?
I'm not really comfortable including a link from my email because upon successful running of said link one would be logged into my flybuys account with access to all my points.
As for the network.http.useragent.forceVersion=99 when I look at in about:config its at 0 and after I change it to 99 and restart the web browser it goes back to 0
2 Websites I've found that seem to have functional problems are the sorting features on:
- the Intel website https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/products/details/processors/core/x.html
- PCCASEGEAR website, when I click on sort by the page just goes blank/white https://www.pccasegear.com/category/187_2138/cpus/amd-am4-5000
The sort by features work fine in Opera but not the newest version of Firefox for me.

All of those are "works for me". Can you try this in a fresh profile?

Your problems sound more like an add-on gone rogue, especially as 100.0.1 didn't contain any meaningful change except for some site specific picture-in-picture fix and a change on Windows.
Just updated to Firefox 101.0 and everything that was broken is now fixed.
