Steps to reproduce:
Opened a youtube video in Firefox Nightly.
Actual results:
Some videos display normally, but most only show a black box. I can hear the audio, but I can't see the video.
Expected results:
I'd expect that I would be able to watch the video, too. This issue is not present on the latest stable Firefox desktop release, only Nightly.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Could you paste any link of those videos which couldn't be watched on your side? Also, would you mind to provide your about:support as well?
As you said it works on the Firefox release, would you mind to try using mozregression to find out the culprit?
