Steps to reproduce:

Used firefox on office computer with Sophos antivirus installed.

Actual results:

After 5 to 10 minutes, firefox commonly starts not loading web pages, address bar does not work but also it does not give any error, you enter website and hit enter nothing happens. For ex do not say, internet not avail or page not loaded. Firefox do not freeze all buttons works but do not respond to address bar commands.

profile capture shared, only returns to normal after cycling firefox (close-reopen)

firefox reset, add new profile, installing an older version also did not work. Issue re-appears for all.

I don't see anything obvious related to Sophos in the profile, but it stands to reason this has something to do with it. Could you capture a profile with all threads & processes visible?
