comm-esr91 is still using the comm-t/t-win10-64 workers for running win10 x64 tests.
This test platform was removed from Taskcluster in bug 1768748. It's replacement on comm-central/comm-beta is comm-t/win10-64-2004 (bug 1748698). The patch from that bug won't uplift nicely, thus this bug.

change necessary.
