Attempting to run e.g. mozregression --launch 59.0b3 fails with this message:

0:00.13 INFO: bits option not specified, using 64-bit builds.
0:00.13 INFO: Assuming repo mozilla-beta
0:00.13 INFO: Using tag FIREFOX_59_0b3_RELEASE for release 59.0b3
0:01.82 ERROR: Unable to find build info using the taskcluster route 'gecko.v2.mozilla-beta.shippable.revision.c94e1fd9fe7a47c51c421db2a7052292ac411e3a.firefox.win64-opt'

Shouldn't/couldn't it fall back to using the corresponding archive.mozilla.org build instead?

Using mozregression 4.0.18.
