100% cpu loop in mail when selecting "view settings for this account"

this was not preset at start, and is now looping 100% cpu when the mail "view
settings for this account" is called. I have 3 accounts, and it hapes for all 3.
I have changed a lot of params recently, ut think that the last changes were
selecting "secure IMAP" access.

The 100% loop also happens in the mozilla browser print preview page. A new
profile corrected the problem, but it reappeared later with the new profile and
hung before dispplaying the main page. Downgrading to 1.2a corrected the problem
and even the existing profile (that caused the problems with 1.2b) work no problem.

(could be the fixed xul.mfl problem)
