My Feedback of www.office.com would dot finish to loading.
I can reproduce in Nightly102.0a1 only. Firefox101.0rc works fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/mycontent/
   Sign in if needed.

Expected Results:
My feedback should display.

Actual Results:
Never complete the display of page content.
My Feedback loading spinner will continue to spin.

FWIW,
Disabling ETP for https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com fix the issue in Nightly build.
OR
Setting network.cookie.cookieBehavior = 4 fix the issue in Nightly build.

This breakage is indeed dFPI related and looks similar to the Microsoft Teams one in Bug 1638383. If I add a 3rdPartyStorage^ permission the site works properly.
I'll see if adding storage access via the shim here, that is adding the feedback domain here will fix this issue.

This seems to break because login.live.com doesn't get first-party storage access. We've added an allow-list entry for login.live.com while we investigate possible fixes.
Note that this affects any channel with Total Cookie Protection enabled. I've updated the title and tracking flags accordingly.

I can no longer reproduce this issue on Firefox 102.0.1 with TCP enabled and allowlist disabled (privacy.antitracking.enableWebcompat = false). The feedback page fully loads after a while.

Alice, could you please test if you can still reproduce this issue, even if you set privacy.antitracking.enableWebcompat to false via about:config? Don't forget to revert this setting after testing. Thank you!
