a.k.a set votestoconfirm=1 Our bug volume is growing rapidly. I think it's high-time we started using UNCONFIRMED. The other benefit is all of the bugs that keep getting misfiled into Bugzilla will still be UNCONFIRMED when we moved them to the proper product.
