Details

The Compose/Write window got add a button to enable encryption in bug 1764324. By default it is disabled because encryption hasn't been set up by the user. The tooltip should explain encryption and how to enable it.

It might be better to have it always enabled, and if the user clicks it when it's not set up, tell them what they can do and send them to the setup process.
