Details

The current display looks like this, which is not very clear. We should explicitly mention what size range is for the resolution level and what rate range is for the rate level.

video/vp9:
ResolutionLevel3-FrameRateLevel1-8bit: 1000
ResolutionLevel4-FrameRateLevel1-8bit: 2000
ResolutionLevel4-FrameRateLevel4-8bit: 2100
