Steps to reproduce:

Have more than one CalDAV-Account and in sum MANY calendars.

Actual results:

Viewing just one calendar is possible but to go back and view your favorite calendars is much clicking around.

Expected results:

There is a default group names "Kalender" (German).
We should take advantage of calendar groups.
Then "view/hide only this group" and other nice features would be possible.
