I Reply-To an email, with quoted text, and start typing at the bottom.

After a bit, I select Options->Rewrap to clean up quoted text.

What I've typed (which was not indented with ">") is lost.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reply-To some email, and start typing below quoted message
2. Select Rewrap

Actual Results:
Text you've typed at the bottom is lost.

Expected Results:
Don't lose any non-quoted text already typed in.

Mail Compose window is regressing.
This and other quoted email behavior will make me go back to 1.1.
Another duplicate of bug 174987? Fix checked in on the 18th.
Yes, this looks like a dupe of bug 174987. Weird, I did a search for
"rewrap delete" and that didn't show up.
