Details

If I install Mozilla 1.2b En Installer (11225296 bytes), then install Calendar from front page (538527 bytes) and load up Mozilla. I get this string below the taskbar and "Done" Status. (On all Mozilla Windows) <key id="key_calendar" key="&calendarCmd.commandkey;" command="Tasks:Calendar" modifiers="accel"/> If I install 'calendar_windows-zh-CN-20020711.xpi' (527576 bytes) instead, Calendar works, just not in English.
Remove Mozilla and reinstall, this works fine for me.
