Steps to reproduce:
Please convert me to an external contributor of the mozilla GitHub org. I am the primary maintainer of mozilla/rhino, and I would like to remain an administrator of that repo so that I can add and modify which other users may contribute, but I'm not a Mozilla staffer and I don't need to be a member of the actual org. Thanks!

Discussing with our secops folk - we're not super happy with a repo with people adminning it that we can't reach.
Could you complete your phonebook entry (I think https://people.mozilla.org/p/gbrail is likely yours?) by linking your github identity and an email or IM account with it? That way we would have SOME method of contacting you reliably. Once that's done, we can get you OC'd.
Let me know if you have any questions.
That makes sense. I updated the phonebook with GitHub ID, email, and phone -- please take a look and let me know if you need anything else!

Interestingly, I don't see your email in there. (though I do see all the other information - can you confirm the email is there, and is not hidden? (Staff or NDA'd level access to your email is fine - we don't demand that you open yourself to spammers, merely that we can find you if we have questions about this repo)
Yes, it's there but much of it was "staff" visible. I made most of it visible to "registered". Can you check now? You should be able to see my email and GitHub as "registered" person. Does that work better?

Yes, I can see it now - It's odd, as I'm staff, so I should have been able to see it.
But with that record keeping in place - I've converted you to an OC. No other changes made.
Let us know if there's any other concerns or questions.
