Prerequisites:
ETP - Strict enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate https://wit.ai/
2. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
Page content loads.

Actual Behavior:
Blank page is displayed.

Note:

1. With ETP - Standard the issue is not reproducible.

They are loading static content from Facebook (https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/...), which is blocked in strict mode. It's another case where all we can probably do is prompt users to allow it despite the tracking risks, or find a way to anonymously proxy that content.
