When trying to create a new message filter, the drop down to assign action(e.g.
DELETE) is missing. The result of this is that no new filters may be added

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.when viewing a received spam mail click on sender & RMB selet new filter
2.filling in new filter details caanot assign action on filter as dropdown is
missing
3.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla refused to accept new filter as action not assigned

Expected Results:  
Allow dropdown to selct action e.g. Delete, move to folder etc

Apologies!!! 1.2b appears to have fixed problem(I was sure that bug was still
apparent!!)
