Steps to reproduce:

System:
M1 MacBook air 2020 with MacOS 12.4

Repeatability:
Always. Tab always crashes, but might not have noticable impact on the system.

Additionall info:
The problem concerns impact of the crash on host system.
Did not test if different websites crashes cause the same behaviour.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run firefox (mode does not matter).
2. Go to "primevideo.com".
3. Log in.
4. Scroll movies left and right for a while.

Actual results:

1. "Prime video" tab crashes.
2. Crash has impact on the host sytem. The consequences cannot be clearly established, a few of them that happened:

• system reboots
• cpu panics
• system works slow
• system completly hangs
• keyboard not working when relaunching firefox

Expected results:

Tab crash should not have impact on the host system.

Are you still experiencing these symptoms? When you say "cpu panics" do you mean you're shown the macOS kernel panic screen? It looks like this?
