Balrog version 3.18 is ready to be pushed to prod. Please deploy the new Docker images (v3.18) for admin, public, and the agent.

This push requires a schema change, so if possible admin should be deployed first to do the migration.

We'd like the production push for this to happen this week.

sentry and grafana are looking healthy as far as I can tell.
I updated production-ui and gave balrog-ffxbld the pinnable_release permission on Firefox et al.
