1773177 - Fix address book search for vCard properties

The address book search only works on named card properties, therefore anything that is only stored in the vCard can't be searched. Searching on things like phone number or company don't work, and the advanced search is pretty broken.

This converts a card's vCard (if there is one) back into key/value properties so that it can be searched by the existing mechanism.
It's a bit of a hack and won't work perfectly in some cases, but is much better than the current situation.
