177323 - Page Info dialog forms, links, and media tabs don't work

When the page info dialog is opened, the first (general) tab seems to work but
the forms, links, and media tabs always have blank text boxes (they paint OK,
just no data is shown).  Reinstalling v1.2a fixes the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open a webpage
2.  Open the page info dialog (ctrl-I)


Actual Results:  
The first tab is OK, the other tabs don't show the data from the web page.

Expected Results:  
Show the data from the web page in the appropriate boxes on each tab.

This was fixed a few days after 1.2b shipped.
