After removing an account there is a lot of empty space below the content in the confirmation dialog. Compared to Thunderbird 91 it's a regression in Thunderbird 102 and still present in Thunderbird Daily on macOS because in Thunderbird 91 the text was vertically centered and the button was positioned at the bottom, now it "looks wrong".

Fix height so the buttons are in the right place even after content size changes.
