177396 - Banner does not load up on my webpage and i cant access a website with port number. 22

I have a banner put up top when i load the page everything loads but the banner
when i use internet explorer it works perfect. Well this problem is not a bug
but when i try  access http://maniac.servebeer.com:22/ it says i cant access the
port for security reasons.. i checked prefrences and ddint see anything that
would enable ports, can u help me?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just install mozilla .. anyversion (i got 1.2b)
2.Go to www.nto.vze.com and banner will not load up..
3. And go to http://maniac.servebeer.com:22/ , and it will say u cant acces the
port due to security reasons

Actual Results:  
1: for www.nto.vze.com the page loads without the banner
2: for http://maniac.servebeer.com:22/ , it gives me the security port error and
doesnt load the page

Expected Results:  
1: load the page with banner
2: Go to site with port.

We disabled this and other ports (1080) for security reasons.
There is no UI pref to disable this security feature.

sorry but mozilla is not for end-user and we have no support. 
(and this is a bug databse)
