At this point I have no idea what form you are referring to.  I got to this
point only because there was a link on the Phoenix release notes page inviting
me to edit it.

I made some editing suggestions, and then I was instructed to go through some of
this "bugzilla" stuff.  So I did.

I'm not going to jump through a lot of hoops.  I made my suggestions to improve
the wording of the release notes.  You can take them or leave them.  I strongly
suggest that you revise that "edit" link to warn anyone who follows it what
hassles are in store BEFORE they spend time and effort on the editing screen.

Neil, your edits are appreciated. If you're not willing to jump through hoops to
get access to make direct edits to the website, then you're still free to submit
patches for someone else to check in. I'll be happy to review and land patches
and if your work looks good then I'll vouch for your CVS access (you'll still
need to submit a form for our records).
