In Thunderbird composer, when hovering the "unencrypted subject broken padlock", we should show a text that explains that the subject isn't encrypted.

Probably the text should be dynamic?

If S/MIME is selected, it should say we cannot encrypt the subject

If OpenPGP is selected, it should say subject encryption is disabled (but could be turned on)
