Steps to reproduce:
play a hls fragment mp4 with video.js
this mp4 is 4k resolution, size quite large.
Actual results:
Firefox player stuck at beginning .
no error shows in console.
But other player (chrome/edge/safari) plays well
Expected results:
video.js player play smoothly.

'testcase1-20220615 0813-2.mp4' seems to play fine, so I guess something is different when video.js (not included in example) plays with MSE.
Here, vlc is not playing the 'hls.m3u8' file, even though it plays the .mp4.
