1774529 - Missing icons.css in the Account Settings page

The account icons are missing in the tree listbox of the Account Settings page.
Checked only on macOS.

This used to work, so something or someone must have removed the icons.css file from that page.

I checked different files which could add the link but found none which was changed in this matter.
