I can repro on my ThinkPad running Ubuntu 22.04.
For me, about:support says: WebGL 2 Driver Renderer Intel -- Mesa Intel(R) UHD Graphics (CML GT2)

I locally confirmed this regression range, too. mozregression --launch 2022-05-20 is "good", vs. 2022-05-21 is "bad".
(I was curious & wanted to double-check, since some other bugs that had been flagged as bug 1770088's regressions were in fact more-recent regressions, e.g. bug 1774271. But in the case of this one here, I can confirm that bug 1770088 does seem to be what mozregression points to.)

I was able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 20.4 using build 103.0a1(20220617214621).
Verified as fixed on Ubuntu 20.4 / Win 10 using Beta 103.0b2 and Nightly 104.0a1.
